RING TYPE JOINT GASKETS

Ring Type Joint Gaskets provide a high integrity, high temperature seal and are widely used in the petrochemical, oil and gas industries. RTJ Gaskets have a smooth surface finish to provide an optimal metal-to-metal seal.

Available in a range of profiles to suit different applications and pressures.

SPIRAL WOUND GASKETS

Spiral wound gaskets are most often used in pumps, pipes, valves, heat exchangers, and systems that encounter high pressures, extreme temperatures and chemical attack. These gaskets are produced from two materials in combination: the first is a metal strip with a ‘V’ cross-sectional shape; the second is a softer filler material—usually graphite or PTFE. The strip and filler materials are wound together in a spiral formation. These gaskets cause no damage to flange faces and are easily removed.

Subsea gaskets are the standard for safe and efficient drilling and production operations providing critical seals between the wellhead and wellhead connector.

Subsea Profiles include:

AX, VX, VT-1, VX-2, VGX-2,VX-2/VT-2

Also available is the CF style gasket used for surface testing / testing of hydraulic connectors.
